For Children
Children are very important at our church. We have many young families and lots of children. Programs for children include:
We have Sunday School at 8:45 AM during the school year. Classes are divided by age and feature a wide variety of activities and crafts. We also have a one-room Sunday School during the 11:15 service.
Children get an opportunity to participate in music in our church. Sunday morning music is incorporated into Sunday School, with monthly singing during the 9:45 service. Children learn that they, too, can praise God through music and be part of the worship service.
Chime Bar Choir gives children an opportunity to learn to play bells and is available on Sunday afternoons.
In order to assure the safety of our children, we practice Safe Sanctuary. This program sets standards for keeping our children safe with policies such as background checks for all our staff and anyone who regularly works with children or youth.
