We want to highlight a few of our recent donors:

The Iowa Scottish Rite Masonic Foundation contributed $1000 to the Pantry in December. The picture is for the presenting of the $1000 grant from the Iowa Scottish Rite Masonic Foundation. The funds will be used to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables from the SHARE program at about 1/2 normal cost. This will allow us to provide more fresh food options to families coming to the pantry during the winter months.

The North Liberty Community Fund donated $750 in December to assist in purchasing food during the first 3 months in 2010.

In January Red's Alehouse held a matching fundraiser. They matched the $354 their customers donated, and the Pantry received a check for $708 dollars.

In January the Old Capital Kiwanis donated $300 to the Pantry.

In February we received 1008 pounds of food from the food drive sponsored by Bakeris Chiropractic in Coralville. These folks do this for us each year, and it really helps with our winter slump.
