The Pantry purchases about two thirds the food distributed. Cash donations are a wonderful way to buy a lot of food for very little money. Most of the purchased food is bought from a food reservoir for as little as a dollar or two for a case of food, so donated dollars really help. Children's socks and underwear

We receive a great deal of quality children's clothing, but socks and underwear are a basic necessity that is rarely donated. This fund allows us to purchase in quantity at a greatly reduced price.

Children's coats

Children's coats are donated throughout the year, but requests are particularly frequent in the fall, as the weather turns colder. In response, we have initiated a coat drive and distribution in September. We purchase about half the coats to assure that we have enough in all sizes. Donations to this project are greatly appreciated.
